Here at Fat Jacks we serve authentic BBQ—our meats are slow roasted over Wisconsin hickory in our unique pit oven. The smoke and heat from the hardwoods penetrate the meat, giving it a pink coloring that you will find in authentically smoked food.

Like our predecessors (Jack & Mary Ann Baryenbruch—42 year proprietors of the Post House/Dutch Kitchen in Spring Green) Fat Jacks Barbecue Restaurant is a family owned and operated establishment. We strive to serve quality, homemade food in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
